Rules & Policies
1. All appointments must be confirmed 72hrs prior to appointment to prevent last minute cancellations. 2. There is a 15 min grace period for Clients AND stylist 3. There will be a $2 fee for any Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, Chime and card payments 4. Be mindful of any company you bring with you, as the studio is not fit for extra guests 5. If you cancel in less than 72hrs of your appointment, you will owe the full amount for that style before you can book another appointment. This amount will not be applied to your next appointment. 6. Consistent cancellations and/ or consistently changing appointments may result in paying a deposit before booking, or being banned from booking future appointments 7. Please be mindful that being late, changing your hairstyle last minute, not taking your hair down, unexpectedly, effects my whole day 8. Be sure to get everything you need for your hair, there are not any nearby hair stores 9.Please understand that this is my livelihood.
